The numbers are context.
We can talk about the real money situation so the work is grounded. But I am not building an investment plan, tax strategy, debt plan or product recommendation.
PRIVATE EMOTIONAL-MONEY COACHING FOR WOMEN READY TOGO UNDERNEATH THE NUMBERS — NOT JUST MANAGE THEM
That’s why knowing better hasn’t changed it.
Money, Steady is a four-week private emotional-money coaching experience for women who know what they “should” do with money but keep getting hijacked by fear, guilt, overworking, avoidance or never-enough. We are not building you a financial plan. We are finding the pattern underneath the decision, testing a different response in real life, and building one you can actually repeat.
4 private sessions + personalized between-session work + weekly feedback. Not financial planning. Not therapy.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
You can have the right spreadsheet and still freeze, overwork, underpay yourself, hoard cash, avoid the conversation or move the goalpost the second you reach it. That is the layer Money, Steady works on.
We can talk about the real money situation so the work is grounded. But I am not building an investment plan, tax strategy, debt plan or product recommendation.
We look at the beliefs, family rules, identity, fear, guilt, safety and success stories underneath the behavior you keep repeating.
Each week you test one specific move in an actual money moment. I review what happened, reflect back what I see and help you adjust before the next session.
WHEN KNOWING BETTER ISN’T THE PROBLEM
THE PROBLEM ISN’T KNOWLEDGE.
IT’S WHAT HAPPENS IN THE MOMENT.
You can read the books, know the advice, build the spreadsheet, even work with a financial professional, and still watch the same charged decision come back. Money, Steady is for that gap: the moment you know what makes sense and something underneath you takes over anyway.
I know what I’m supposed to do. I still can’t make myself feel safe doing it.
My business makes money, but taking more for myself brings up everything.
I reach a new level and immediately become terrified I can’t maintain it.
I keep calling it a money problem when I know something deeper is running the show.
I’m capable everywhere else. Why does money make me feel twelve years old?
I’ve outgrown the old rules. I just don’t know what replaces them.
WHAT I MEAN BY “A MONEY PATTERN”
Usually the numbers are only half the story. The pattern shows up in the gap between what you know, what you want, and what you can actually let yourself do.
You run the numbers. The money is there. But paying yourself more feels reckless, selfish, or like the second you trust the business, something will go wrong.
That is not a math problem. That is a safety + permission pattern. You may be carrying debt. You may earn more than you used to. You may have cut things out a dozen times. But when you are stressed, depleted, bored, lonely or desperate for relief, spending still does something for you.
Making more or getting stricter doesn’t automatically change a relief + reward pattern. The goal moves. The relief lasts a day. A good month becomes the new minimum. Instead of feeling safer, you become more afraid of losing what you built.
That is not a goal-setting problem. That is an enough + identity pattern. You overexplain the price, soften the ask, avoid the conversation with your partner, stay quiet in a negotiation or talk yourself out of the boundary before anyone else can.
That can be a conflict + approval pattern.WHAT HAPPENS EVERY WEEK
We use the call to see the pattern clearly. Then you catch it in a real money moment, try one specific change, and bring back evidence instead of another theory about yourself.
We get specific about the trigger, story, body response and behavior, not just “I have money issues.”
You try one targeted experiment in real life: a boundary, ask, payment, price, pause, conversation or decision.
I connect the dots in personal weekly feedback: what I notice, what matters and what I want you to try next.
We use the evidence to build a steadier response you can return to the next time the same money moment shows up.
SHANNAH’S PROPRIETARY PROCESS
This is the deeper process underneath our four weeks. We do not jump from “I know this pattern” to “I should stop.” We identify the rule, understand what it protects, test a different move in real life, and turn what works into your own repeatable response.
We identify the invisible rule underneath the current problem: what you believe you must earn, prove, prevent, tolerate or carry.
YOUR MONEY PATTERN MAPWe uncover what the pattern is trying to protect you from: uncertainty, guilt, conflict, judgment, failure, being seen as irresponsible or something else entirely.
YOUR TRIGGER + PROTECTION MAPYou try a different response in a real situation: a conversation, boundary, price, payment, ask, pause or decision designed around your actual pattern.
ONE REAL-LIFE EXPERIMENTWe turn the evidence into personal rules, language and a repeatable response you can use the next time money gets loud.
YOUR MONEY STEADY PLANDIFFERENT SITUATION. SAME EMOTIONAL MACHINERY.
THE PRIVATE CONTAINER
The value is not four isolated calls. It is a full month of private coaching, tailored experiments and my eyes on the pattern while it is actually happening.
You leave each call with one focused thing to notice or try. I review what happened and send personal weekly feedback so we are not starting from zero on the next call.
WHAT “REAL TRANSFORMATION” MEANS HERE
“What is wrong with me?”
→“I know which pattern this is and what activates it.”
Insight that lives in a journal
→Evidence from something you actually tried
Every trigger becoming an emergency
→A response you can slow down and repeat
Someone else’s money rules
→Personal rules that fit your life now
THIS IS A STRONG FIT IF…
THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF…
MONEY EXPERT.WHY THIS WORK WITH ME?
That distinction matters: I can understand the financial context without turning every money struggle into a spreadsheet problem.
I’m Shannah Game, a CFP®, Certified Trauma of Money Specialist, MBA, author and lifelong entrepreneur. I’ve spent more than 20 years working with women and women business owners, and ten years hosting a money podcast that reached 28 million downloads before I sold it. That background lets me understand the financial context without turning this into financial planning.
My work focuses on the behavior underneath money: the fear, guilt, identity, old rules and protective patterns that can keep making the decision even when you know better.

THE PRIVATE CONTAINER
Four weeks of private emotional-money coaching: four live sessions, personalized between-session experiments, and weekly feedback on the pattern while it is happening in your actual life.
QUESTIONS YOUR BRAIN IS ALREADY ASKING
No. I am a CFP®, so I understand the financial context, but Money, Steady is not a financial-planning engagement. I will not build a budget, investment plan, tax strategy, debt plan or recommend financial products. We work on the beliefs, behaviors, stories, identity, emotional rules and protective patterns underneath the money decision.
No. Money, Steady is trauma-aware emotional-money coaching and education, not mental-health treatment. We may talk about family money messages, fear, guilt, safety and identity, but the focus is the current money pattern and what you do with it in real life. It can complement therapy, but it does not replace it.
No. Business owners often bring pay, pricing, capacity and success-related patterns. Other women bring earning, spending, caregiving, career, partnership, safety or “I should be further along” patterns. The method works underneath either version.
Bring the money situation that keeps getting charged: taking more from the business, asking for more, spending, saving, pricing, a career decision, a conversation with a partner, fear after a good month, feeling behind, or the thing you keep avoiding. You do not need a perfectly organized financial life or a neat explanation. We start with the moment that keeps repeating.
That is usually why private work helps. You do not need to make your story simple before we begin. If your needs fall outside emotional-money coaching, I’ll tell you honestly and help you identify the kind of support that fits better.
Because this is not a session-only offer. I review your reflections, choose and adapt the between-session work, notice the patterns across the month and record personal weekly feedback. Six keeps the work truly private and high-touch.
You can. Money, Steady is designed to be a focused four-week container, not an endless commitment. If you want continued support after you complete the month, Money, Steady graduates can continue with individual weekly sessions at a reduced alumni rate, subject to availability. Before the four weeks end, we’ll talk about whether continued work would actually be useful for you.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO FIX YOUR ENTIRE LIFE IN FOUR WEEKS.
